The Burger Whisperer

Finally, it’s The Brunch Burger. 

There’s something about opening a new location that gets our creative juices flowing, and this one’s a beaute! It took us over 2 years to get this one nailed. Check it out! 

Cranberry Focaccia, Spicy Mayo, Turkey Burger, Nueske’s Bacon, Fried Egg and P-nut Butter Hollandaise.

The Mad ‘Sconnie

It starts with Stella’s Bakery spicy cheese bread (check out that crust on the bottom, JEEZ), then lettuce, tomato, our GAHNZO patty (grass fed beef blended with Nueske’s Bacon), a very special bomber sauce and our very own frickles. 

Phew,…It’s tasty.

This, my burger and bacon loving friends, may be my best idea yet.  A super secret blend of Gahn Meat’s signature AJ Bombers “grassfed blend” & Nueske’s Bacon —> IN ONE PATTY!

That’s right, “sub gahnzo” means I want this BadBoy to replace my burger patty on this here burger that I’ve chosen to enjoy at AJ Bombers.  Get it?

You may or may not be able to utter the words as soon as this weekend here at AJ Bombers.

The Ahlfy (yes, that’s what you think it is)

This super tasty burger proves that you never know where great ideas will come from. 

I was serving up a Barrie Burger this week, when one of our superstar servers Becca says “I wonder what chocolate sauce would taste like on this burger?”  And I’m like, “well genius, let’s give it a go”.  The result is this fabulous lab experiment of a Pnut Butter, Bacon Cheeseburger with Hersey’s Chocolate Sauce. #whoknew?

We had the pleasure of meeting the Milwaukee Bucks newest forward/center Jon Brockman this past weekend at AJ Bombers and we tweeted about creating a burger just for Jon.  Well thar she blows!  This is a double burger with ALL the beautimous trimmings: much Pnut Butter, 2 Fried Eggs, 4 pieces of bacon (not counting the bacon antlers) and a mess of cheese.  I will have you know, I cheated, I took a HUGE bite right after this pic and it is a meal fit for a King.  Mr. Brockman, your burger is served!

The Fat Boy
Prepared especially for this year’s Harley Davidson rally in Milwaukee over Labor Day weekend, The Fat Boy is a tribute to all things HD!  A half-pound burger stuffed with Pepper-Jack cheese, Serrano, Banana, and Anaheim peppers, topped with BBQ sauce, Bacon and Jack Daniels onions.  (check the V-Twin bacon)
